The ACLU of Michigan Action Center
With the help of dedicated volunteers and community activists, the ACLU of Michigan works to raise awareness about the importance of preserving the individual rights and liberties that are guaranteed to all people in this country by the Constitution and laws of the United States.There are several ways that you can support the work of the ACLU of Michigan. You can become a member, join our action alert list and contact your elected officials on behalf of the ACLU on important civil liberties issues. You can also write letters to the editor, volunteer or apply for an undergraduate or legal internship. The actions listed within this section are meaningful ways of raising public awareness and shifting policy. They can be undertaken by individuals or groups of interested people.
