Join us on Thursday, May 11, 2017 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for the ACLU of Michigan Standing Together for Justice Luncheon with special guest, Faiz Shakir. Faiz Shakir is the ACLU National Political Director and the architect of PeoplePower.org, the ACLU's new grassroots member-mobilization project. People Power seeks to combine the ACLU's legal power with the on-the-ground efforts of over 1.2 million ACLU members nationwide to defend and protect the Constitutional freedoms of all Americans.
This event is a fundraiser. While we do not charge a ticket price to attend the luncheon, guests are invited to make a gift to the best of your ability at the conclusion of the event. We appreciate a minimum suggested gift of $100 to the ACLU Fund of Michigan.
