Have you been harmed or harassed by a police officer, state trooper, or immigration agent? The ACLU of Michigan's Immigrant Police Misconduct Hotline is set up to provide Michiganders a way to safely and securely report instances of discrimination or violence based on their immigration status. If you have had any harmful or discriminatory interactions with law enforcement officers of any kind, we want to hear from you.
Some examples may include:

- A local cop or state trooper demands to know your immigration status during a traffic stop or voluntary conversation.
- ICE or the Border Patrol pulls you over for a traffic offense, only to then ask about your immigration status.
- ICE or the Border Patrol inflicts mental or physical harm while arresting or detaining you.
- ICE raids your neighborhood or workplace and demands to know your immigration status.
- ICE arrests you while you are in or around a courthouse, religious institution, medical facility, or school.
- ICE enters your home without consent (or forces you to let them enter).
